1. Booking & Enquiries

• Enquiry vs. Confirmation: Submitting a form on our website or contacting us via WhatsApp/Phone is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once our team verifies availability and you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Payment: Payment terms, deposit requirements, and final payment deadlines will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change until a deposit is paid.
• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate personal information (name, phone number, travel dates) so we can arrange your trip properly.

2. Itinerary Changes & Cancellations

• Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, tides (especially for Sundarban cruises), natural disasters, government restrictions, or forest department permissions. We will try our best to provide a comparable alternative.
• Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are subject to our specific cancellation policy, which will be provided to you at the time of booking. Generally, last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

3. Traveler Responsibilities

• Valid ID: Travelers must carry a valid National ID (NID) or Passport as required by law, especially for forest permits and hotel check-ins.
• Safety & Rules: You agree to follow the instructions of our guides, tour operators, and crew members at all times. Reckless behavior that endangers yourself or others is strictly prohibited.
• Health: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they are physically fit for the chosen tour.

4. Limitation of Liability

• We act as an organizer and coordinator. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers (e.g., transport companies, hotels, boat operators).
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our images, text, or logos without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
